Apparently it already is. Unfortunately, it appears that the cops don't want to enforce it and the populace seems to think it will work against them.
So for all those folks who think they should regulate traffic on an interstate highway using their 3000 lb car traveling at 50 mph, here's a thought to ponder...
Would you rather have the tailgating 'maniac', who is extremely frustrated (at you), trying to desperately get around you or in front of you driving farther away?
